A Fashion Institute of Technology graduate, Sondra Celli held designer positions at several prestigious companies in NYC, Italy, Hong Kong and Tokyo prior to founding The Sondra Celli Company in 1984. Her designs have been featured inVogue, Harpers Bazaar, New York Magazine, New York Times, Boston Globe, and numerous local newspapers around the country.

“Sondra Celli’s trademark is her attention to detail and personal service, and we are thrilled to carry her gorgeous custom couture outfits,” said Synchronicity Boutique Owner Karen Mazer. “She can design them as far as a year in advance and make alterations if needed, even a week before the event.”

Made from high-end silk fabrics, Celli’s dresses are handmade with Swarovski crystal: no two are alike.

Some of the dresses have removable sleeves, jackets and straps (to assist with dancing). Details like ribbon-lined petticoats add extra beauty when the Bat Mitzvah girl is chair-lifted during the Hora dance.
